Tracy Jamieson

Tracy grew up on the Bras d’Or Lakes; one of the most beautiful places in Canada and the largest inland salt water sea. Tracy first started sailing as a little girl on the family’s Hobie Cat and soon moved up to a mono-hull sailboat and later a 33 foot C&C Sailboat. Tracy and her family have spent countless hours boating and sailing on the Bras d’Or Lakes, providing her with a knowledge and familiarity with the lake that can only be obtained with experience. Tracy’s extensive experience in the Tourism & Hospitality industry has provided her with wonderful opportunities to work across Canada and Internationally.

Paul Jamieson

Paul has over 40 years of experience with boating and has been actively involved in the sailing community. He has previously served on the executive board of the Bras d’Or Yacht club and started a second term in 2014. Paul will also serve on the board of Cruise Cape Breton for the next three years. With a small group of Hobie Catamaran sailors, Paul was an instrumental in the hosting of two Canadian championship sailing races in 1987 and again in 1991. The Canadian Sailing Hobie Cats attracted 94 and 79 boats respectively from all over North America.
